Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment All sessions and training must be booked in advance via our website or by enquiry. Full payment (or deposit where applicable) is required to secure your booking. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. • A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session. • Cancellations or changes made within this window may result in the session being forfeited or charged in full. • Missed appointments or non-attendance will be non-refundable and non-transferable. For training bookings, notice periods may vary and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Packages & Coaching (e.g. 8-Session Journeys): All sessions within a package must be used within the agreed timeframe (typically 8–12 weeks, unless otherwise agreed). Sessions are booked in advance to maintain consistency and flow. Unused sessions outside of this period may be forfeited. Training Bookings: Training spaces are limited and often in high demand. • Bookings are non-refundable, however may be transferable to a future date (at discretion). • Full attendance is required to complete the training. • Certification (where applicable) is subject to completion of all required elements (e.g. case studies). By booking, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your participation and wellbeing. Communication & Support Where ongoing support is included (e.g. WhatsApp), this is offered within reasonable hours (Monday–Friday) and does not replace emergency or professional services. Respect & Boundaries: We are committed to creating a safe, supportive space for all clients. Any inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of the session or service without refund.
