By accessing this website or booking a session with Source2Soul Healing, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

 

 

Source2Soul Healing offers wellbeing-based services including (but not limited to):

 

  • Distance Healing

  • Silent Counselling

  • Akashic Records Readings

 

All services are provided remotely and are intended to support emotional, mental and energetic wellbeing.

2. Nature of Services (Disclaimer)

 

 

All services offered by Source2Soul Healing are complementary and holistic in nature.

 

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment.

 

  • No medical claims are made

  • Results and experiences may vary from person to person

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions at all times

 

 

If you have any physical or mental health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional such as your GP or specialist.

3. Client Responsibility

 

 

By booking a session, you confirm that:

 

  • You are over 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent)

  • You understand the nature of the services being offered

  • You take full responsibility for your own wellbeing, decisions and actions before, during and after sessions

 

 

Source2Soul Healing is not liable for any decisions or actions you take as a result of a session.

4. Confidentiality

 

 

All client information and session content is treated as confidential.

 

Information will not be shared with third parties unless:

 

  • Required by law

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others

5. Bookings & Payments

 

 

  • All sessions must be booked in advance

  • Payment is required prior to the session unless otherwise agreed

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received

​

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be refunded

  • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable

 

 

Refunds are not provided for completed sessions.

 

7. Distance Sessions

 

 

All services are provided remotely.

 

You understand that:

 

  • You do not need to be physically present

  • Experiences may vary and are often subtle

  • Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

 

 

For certain services, you may receive a follow-up voice note or video recording as outlined in the service description

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

 

All content on this website, including text, branding and materials, is the property of Source2Soul Healing and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Source2Soul Healing shall not be liable for:

 

  • Any direct, indirect or consequential loss

  • Emotional responses or interpretations of sessions

  • Decisions or actions taken by the client following a session

10. Changes to Services or Terms

 

 

Source2Soul Healing reserves the right to:

 

  • Modify or withdraw services at any time

  • Update these Terms & Conditions without prior notice

 

 

The latest version will always be available on the website.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
